We needed a new Electrical Panel on my Mom’s house replaced. It had the original panel that was installed when the house was built in 1958. My brother needed an RV jack installed so he quit popping the existing panel every time he visits from out of state.

I called 5 different contractors for quotes. Only 2 contractors physically came to look at the panel. Ralph came out himself to give us a quote. He explained everything to my Mom and I telling us about the existing panel we had & the kind of panel he would install. He explained what was going to happen. He explained the SMUD would assign us an engineer to help us know what need to be done before we started. What trees would probably be in the way and how long the project would take. Ralph was the only one to give us a complete detailed estimate of everything they were going to. His price wasn’t the lowest nor was it the highest but it was the most professional.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the owner Ralph and the electrician Andy. The job required running a cable from my modified breaker box through the attic to the garage about 60′ away. Andy finished the job in one day and I charged my car that night. Their expertise was apparent from the way they approached and completed the job. They are simply a top-notch company and a pleasure to do business with.

Earlier this year Bonham Electric upgraded the electrical service and replaced a number of receptacles in my home. They did quality work at a fair price and communicated well with the tenants. A few days ago, a breaker tripped and disabled the tenants’ washer and dryer. The staff at Bonham helped the tenants resolve the situation without any further drama. Thanks, Bonham!

The technician, Russell, did an excellent job of servicing my 1 year 20 KW Kohler generator. He thoroughly explained the operation of the generator and different options available. He was polite, on time, and knowledgeable.

They installed a level 2 charger for my home. The electrician had to crawl in a tiny space to run the wire. That in itself deserves a 5. Their work was excellent. Also a terrific office staff. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend these folks.  Great customer service skills from the rep on the phone, the owner, to the guy coming out.  That goes a long way for me.  They also responded to my needs very quickly, and fixed the electrical problems I had in refitting LED lights to recessed fixtures in short time with excellent quality.   Folks in my neighborhood also recommended them highly.   Oh, and did I forget to tell you that their prices are reasonable.  Tops in all categories. Keep up the good work!

The day of the main panel replacement went smoothly.  The crew around 8 or 8:30 AM and worked through the morning and a good portion of the afternoon; they replaced the panel without issues. They also found a mismatch between the wire for the air conditioner and its breaker; they fixed it and informed me of their findings. After they finished, they showed me their work and asked if I had any questions. They reassured me that if the city inspector had any issues, they’d immediately come back out to address the issues; the inspector did not find any problems and promptly signed off on their work.

Ralph listened to what I wanted and made recommendations to make sure that I got exactly that. Very nice, very professional and the work was impeccable. I would, and already have, recommend him to my family and very best friends.

They were prompt and had very fair pricing. They completed the job in under a day and we are very pleased with the final results. We finally have a fan in our back bathroom.
